Payment is due in full at the time services are rendered. Surgical procedures and some services require a down payment to secure your appointment.

Due to the rising costs of processing fees, there is a 3% credit/debit card convenience charge for all payments.

Care Credit accounts have additional fees.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS.
